Our world-travelling virtuoso hops on a plane to rehearse with the Hagen Philharmonic Orchestra for their big concert at the Dogan Arena in Hagen on 10 September
The 2023/2024 intercultural music programme of the Hagen Philharmonic Orchestra will focus on the musical traditions of the Sinti and Roma cultures. The philharmonic orchestra is not leaving the success of the intercultural project to chance: ROBY LAKATOS, one of the most outstanding musical talents of the Sinti and Roma music cultures, the creator of „unorthodox gypsy fusion” music, and his orchestra have been invited to give a major concert on the stage of the Dogan Arena in Hagen, together with the Philharmonic Orchestra, under the artistic direction of the MÁV Symphony Orchestra’s chief conductor, RÓBERT FARKAS.
